Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager to lead and support cross-functional technology teams in delivering high-quality digital solutions. The role focuses on facilitating Scrum practices, promoting Agile principles, removing delivery impediments, and ensuring effective collaboration between development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving continuous improvement, transparency, and value delivery across projects.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and lead Scrum events including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.

• Ensure teams adhere to Agile and Scrum principles, practices, and values.

• Remove impediments and resolve issues that impact team progress and delivery.

• Support and coach teams toward self-organization and high performance.

• Act as a liaison between development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders.

• Support Product Owners in managing, prioritizing, and refining the Product Backlog.

• Monitor and track team performance using Agile metrics such as Velocity, Burndown, and Cycle Time.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability.

• Protect teams from unnecessary external interruptions and distractions.

Requirements:

• Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Required Certifications: Scrum / Agile certifications are preferred (CSM, PSM I/II, PMI-ACP, SAFe Scrum Master).

• Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience working in an Agile environment with Scrum, including proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.

• Languages Required: Arabic (Native), English (Professional working proficiency).

• Computer Skills: Experience using Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools.
