Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Application Support & Operations Engineer to support, operate, and troubleshoot applications in a live production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for applications running in a production (live) environment.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents and issues efficiently.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with end users and cross-functional technical teams.

• Document incidents, root causes, and implemented solutions in a structured manner.

• Ensure system stability, availability, and optimal performance.

• Deliver effective technical support to maintain high user satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Native or fluent Arabic speaker.

• 8+ years of experience in application support and operations within a production environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven experience in incident management and issue resolution.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle critical production issues.
