Job Summary:

This role is responsible for monitoring the organization’s compliance with cybersecurity requirements, internal policies, procedures, and approved regulatory controls. It ensures that all relevant security standards and controls are properly implemented, and identifies gaps, findings, and recommendations for remediation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess compliance with cybersecurity policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure full adherence across systems and operations.

• Identify, document, and track non-compliance issues, gaps, and findings, and propose appropriate corrective and preventive actions.

• Support the review and update of cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures to ensure alignment with regulatory and organizational requirements.

• Prepare and present periodic compliance reports and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure implementation of compliance activities and improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related field

• 3–5 years of practical experience in cybersecurity compliance or GRC

• Strong understanding of regulatory controls and relevant compliance frameworks

• Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills
