Job Summary:

The Data Entry Officer is responsible for accurately entering, updating, verifying, and maintaining data and records. The role ensures that all information is complete, accurate, and properly organized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data accurately in databases and systems.

• Review and verify information to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Maintain and organize records and documents.

• Identify and correct data entry errors.

• Follow up on missing or incomplete information.

• Prepare simple reports and data summaries when required.

• Maintain confidentiality of all information and documents.

• Support the team with other administrative and data-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Data Entry or a similar administrative role.

• Good typing and computer skills.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Good communication skills.

• Arabic and English language skills are required.
